Once you place an order we will move on to making it.
It takes our artisans 2 - 4 days to create your jewelry with the attention and care it deserves.
Once ready, your piece will be beautifully packaged and shipped with love.
Delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days, depending on your location.
You will, of course, receive a tracking number the moment your jewelry begins its journey to you.
Returns:
Because each creation is made-to-measure, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless, in the rarest of cases, an item arrives damaged.

How to Measure Your Wrist for Sizing:
1. Use a soft measuring tape (like the ones used for sewing). If you don’t have one, you can use a piece of string and a ruler.
2. Wrap the measuring tape (or string) around your wrist where you would normally wear a bracelet. Make sure it’s snug but not too tight.
3. If you’re using a tape, simply read the number where the end meets the tape. If you’re using a string, mark where it overlaps, then lay it flat against a ruler to get the measurement.
4. Write down your wrist size in centimeters (cm).
How to Measure Your Finger for Sizing:
1. Use a soft measuring tape (or a piece of string and a ruler if you don’t have one).
2. Wrap the measuring tape (or string) around the base of the finger you want to size. It should be snug but comfortable.
3. If you’re using a tape, read the number where the end meets the tape. If you’re using a string, mark the point where it overlaps, then lay it flat and measure it with a ruler.
4. Write down your finger circumference in millimeters (mm).
